Position Summary 

We are looking for a talented and driven junior mathematician to join our Maths Team to help us create innovative and exciting casino slot and iGaming products!

This role is focused on calculating and maintaining our internal mathematical models which are at the very core of our business.

This is an entry-level position that is a great opportunity to learn and develop skills under the direction of senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, calculate and test comprehensive mathematical product models
  • Formulate intuitive and impactful model analysis and statistics
  • Work alongside developers to test their software implementations against the models to assert they are of high quality and free of errors
  • Collaborate with various teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure product cohesion
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for models

Key Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a related field
  • Excellent probability, statistics and combinatorics skills
  • Proficient in calculating within Spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

Other Skills 

While not required, we’d love to hear any details from candidates that may have:

  • Any software development experience (e.g. VBA, Python, JavaScript etc.)
  • Interest in gaming – from video games to board games or anything in between!
  • Interesting personal projects – GitHub, personal website etc.
